LDRC Subscriber Services

The Law Society of Manitoba established Legal Data Resources (Manitoba) Corporation -- LDRC -- as a separate non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal data (through the City of Winnipeg) to the legal profession and its related parties in order to facilitate legal transactions.

LDRC's current subscriber services and costs are described below:

The City of Winnipeg's property tax database website can be accessed via the internet and is limited to registered LDRC users.

The current fee to perform a City of Winnipeg tax assessment search for Registered Users is $28.00 plus GST per address or roll number search.

Registered users can also request a tax certificate on-line by simply clicking on the "Request Tax Certificate" under the current documents section. Current fee is $53.00 plus GST per tax certificate.
