Effective January 1, 2012
Effective January 1, 2011, the fee for the use of the City Tax Certificate On-Line Application service will be increased by $1.00 from $39.00 to $40.00 + GST. The GST portion will remain the same.

ASTRA
New transaction tracking application
LDRC is pleased to offer a new application to our subscribers at no cost to you; that will enable you to track your Land Titles and Companies Office searches in Manitoba Online. The application is called ASTRA and it runs on top of Manitoba Online, allowing the user to enter a file number, matter number, lawyer number and comments (such as address being searched). There are also two additional fields which we can customize for your organization.
Although this does not replace your monthly invoice, we believe that it will be of great assistance to you during the month to track and account for your searches.

Manitoba Online
Land Titles Provider Fee Increase
Effective June 13, 2010
Effective June 13, 2010, the Province of Manitoba Land Titles provider fee portion will be increased to 75 cents per transaction from 60 cents per transaction, making the combined transaction fee $1.02 per transaction.
These changes are in accordance with: Manitoba Regulation 33/2010, Land Titles Fee Regulation, amendment. The fee increase will be reflected on the July, 2010 invoice.
